Rhythmic Gymnastics Summer Camp of the Schleswig-Holstein Gymnastics Federation

14 gymnasts from various clubs across Schleswig-Holstein came together to spend three intensive and varied days. The program included flexibility, body tension, apparatus technique, ballet, and artistic expression… everything that makes our sport so versatile.

The girls not only had a lot of fun together, but they also learned a lot of new things and laid important foundations for the upcoming season, which starts in August.

We are super proud of Esti, who led the camp with so much dedication and helped shape a unique experience for the children, and we are thrilled that our Rhythmic Gymnastics School RITMICA DENA was able to make such a valuable contribution to the promotion of rhythmic gymnastics in Schleswig-Holstein! ♥️

Now comes the real summer break (for the coaches too) and starting at the end of August, we will kick off again with full energy!
