The story behind RITMICA DENA

Our History

RITMICA DENA was born from the passion and international experience of coach Estibaliz.

With over 10 years of international experience, she brings in-depth knowledge, comprehensive expertise, as well as strong professional and social skills to every training session.

After several years in Hamburg, she noticed a clear gap: there was a lack of rhythmic gymnastics programs in its Olympic discipline – featuring a genuine pathway from beginner to competitive sports. That is exactly what children will find with us.

Our Success

We started in 2021 with zero gymnasts – today we are a growing team of over 50 girls and a professional coaching staff. Our success speaks for itself – and our passion has remained the same to this day.

Our Philosophy

Quality over Quantity

We accept only a limited number of children to guarantee a high quality of training. Every coach knows each child, and we pay close attention to personal and athletic development.

International Atmosphere

Training takes place 100 percent in German, but we make sure to integrate all children well. Our team comes from Spain, Ukraine, Italy, and Germany – everyone is welcome.

At the heart of what we do is the joy of sports and healthy development. Discipline, performance, and respect go hand in hand for us.

Safety

All coaches have provided an enhanced certificate of good conduct and regularly attend first-aid training. Your child is in safe hands with us.
