Membership & Fees

Does the RSG school RITMICA DENA belong to a club?

Yes, we are a branch of NBSV22 e.V. – all girls are members there and are insured as a result. Since 2023, we have been successfully working with NBSV22 in a cooperation model that gives us access to halls, insurance and competitions.

How much is the registration fee?

A one-time registration fee of €20 is charged, which covers the administrative costs.

After that, monthly fees apply, which vary depending on the group and training hours – from €55 per month.

Of this, €11 per month goes to the club NBSV22 e.V. as a basic fee for membership and insurance.

How does payment work?

Contributions are collected exclusively via SEPA direct debit. Payment by bank transfer is not possible in order to minimize administrative effort and ensure smooth processing.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes, for the second child the fee is reduced by €5 per month. Please note that both children must be registered with RSG RITMICA DENA. The discount does not apply if one child is in another branch of NBSV22.

Do I have to pay during the holidays?

Yes, the full contribution must also be paid during the summer holidays. Cancellation only for the holidays is not possible.

What happens if I want to cancel my child?

Cancellation is possible at any time, but a notice period of one month to the end of the month applies. Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to info@ritmicadena.de. We confirm the cancellation and forward it to NBSV22.

We recommend that the children finish the current month regularly. Sudden absence without saying goodbye is pedagogically unfavorable. We want to help the children close cycles properly.

Rules & Safety

Are the children looked after and protected?

Yes, we take prevention very seriously. All coaches have submitted an extended certificate of good conduct and regularly take part in first aid courses as well as training on the prevention of sexualized violence.

No coach stays alone with a gymnast. Our goal is a safe, respectful and protected environment for everyone.

Who owns the choreographies?

All choreographies are copyrighted property of Estibaliz Delgado Romera. They may not be used in other clubs, shows or training sessions without written permission.

When can I speak to the coach?

Parent meetings are possible by prior appointment by email. There is no room for conversations during training, as this disrupts the flow and impairs the children's concentration.

What is important for me as a parent to know?

Punctuality: A delay of more than 10 minutes means that the child cannot participate in the training, as the warm-up is mandatory and serves to prevent injuries. We consistently enforce this.

Respectful interaction: Respectful interaction is a matter of course for us. If children or parents repeatedly behave inappropriately, are regularly late, ignore important information or emails or disrupt the training, we reserve the right to remove the child from training and terminate the membership.

Do not disturb the training: During training, we ask that you do not disturb the children, do not speak to them and do not enter the hall unnecessarily.

No discrimination: Any racist, political or discriminatory comments are not tolerated. Everyone is welcome with us.

Privacy & Media

How does RITMICA DENA handle photo and video recordings?

There is a consent form in the registration form. Parents can agree or disagree. Without consent, no photos or videos will be published.

Important: If parents do not sign the consent for photos/videos during the show, their children cannot take part in shows or competitions.

Are my data protected?

Yes, all personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the GDPR. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
